Heather is developing a broad commercial litigation practice, with a particular interest in business disputes involving technical issues and damages claims. She approaches each matter with a practical and strategic mindset, helping clients navigate disputes in a manner aligned with their business objectives.

Before joining AGM, Heather practiced at an intellectual property litigation boutique, where she handled pharmaceutical patent disputes and complex damages claims in the Federal Court. Her background in science and litigation enables her to quickly understand technical subject matter, analyze complex factual records, and translate intricate issues into clear and effective advocacy.
