Will is an accomplished litigator whose approach emphasizes practical solutions and tailored litigation strategies to achieve his clients’ specific goals. He appears at all levels of court and various administrative tribunals in Ontario. His practice spans complex civil and commercial disputes, including breaches of contract, shareholder disputes, fraud, negligence, real estate litigation, estates issues, and employment disputes for both employers and employees.
Before joining Affleck Greene McMurtry LLP, Will practiced at Ontario’s largest labour and employment law boutique, a leading mid-sized civil and criminal litigation boutique, and for several years with one of Ontario’s leading commercial litigators, now a partner at AGM.
