Meganne Fletcher joins Affleck Greene McMurtry LLP after earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law.
During law school, she demonstrated strong leadership and initiative, serving as President of the Students’ Law Society and co-founding Legal Eagles, a golf club promoting networking and professional development through sport. She also distinguished herself in advocacy competitions, winning 1st place in her first mediation competition and being named a finalist in Windsor’s largest internal moot, where she litigated before an esteemed panel including the Honourable Justice Sheilah Martin of the Supreme Court of Canada.
Prior to articling, Meganne gained hands-on litigation experience as second chair in trial proceedings and worked as a caseworker in high-pressure environments. She approaches advocacy with a client-centred, solution-focused mindset and is excited to contribute her skills and energy to the firm.
